BCG i have highlighted the same on even CMP 100/80/55 when Corporate governance (CG) issue popped up.
One of group member was holding at 6000 shares at INR 40 and the share went till 118 and then back to around 90 I told him if the CG issue came into the company you should book atleast part and increase ur sl to cost to cost. But he has mentioned that one of his friend told SEBI enquiry is nothing and share would be reached in 4 digit soon.
Now his gain into big losses now. So always remember your *CAPITAL PROTECTION IS VERY IMPORTANT* sometimes need to take a tough call if the CG issue popped up. Promoter was continuously selling his stake.
